Intelligent Payslips let employees view their upcoming payslip details through Employee Self-Service (ESS) before you process payment. This helps employees check their payment information early and raise any discrepancies with payroll before payday.
📌 Note: Payslip previews update when the Payroll Validation job runs.
Enable Intelligent Payslips
To allow employees to preview their payslips, you need to enable the feature for each pay group. To enable Intelligent Payslips for a pay group, watch the video or follow the steps below.
On the Payroll Dashboard, click the Manage Payroll tab.
Click the three-dot menu next to the relevant pay group.
Click Enable Preview Payslips.
Preview a payslip
Once you enable Intelligent Payslips, employees can preview their upcoming payslip on the mobile app and on the employee dashboard. To view an upcoming payslip on the employee dashboard, follow the steps below.
From the dashboard menu, search for and select My Payslips.
Click Preview Payslip.
Review the total earnings, total deductions, and net pay for the upcoming pay period.
📌 Note: If an employee has no payments for the period, the payslip preview displays as blank. If an employee has numerous allowances and deductions, these display as a continuous list rather than grouped.
