Employee's home address not appearing on payslips

Employee address not showing on payslips despite being visible in View Employee Details and Personnel Profile screens.

An employee's home address may not appear on payslips if the address details are not properly linked in the payroll system, often due to the Address Type not being set to default in portal.

To ensure the employee's home address appears on payslips, follow the steps below in portal.

  1. From the dashboard menu, select People management.

  2. Click Dashboard then beside employees, click VIEW.

  3. In the Search field, search for the employee, then click VIEW.

  4. Click Contact Infomation.

  5. Under My Address Details, check that the Address Type column displays Default.

  6. If it does not, update the Address Type to Default Address.

  7. Generate the payslip again for the pay group.
