iCues are intelligent trigger-based Insight reports, designed to proactively send alerts to stakeholders, when certain thresholds are breached/events are occurring.
Examples of how iCues could be used include:
Alert an employee when they have a large annual leave balance remaining.
Alert an employee/manager of an important date e.g. anniversary, birthday etc
Alert a manager when one of their employees is approaching the sick leave threshold.
