Add SSP record and view history

Steps to add sickness absence and view SSP or occupational sick history.

Record sickness absence in People Management

  1. From the dashboard menu, select People Management.

  2. Click Dashboard then beside Employees, click VIEW.

  3. In the Search field, search for the employee, then click VIEW.

  4. Click Absences then click Add Absence.

  5. Fill the mandatory fields, then click SAVE.

  6. For the leave type, select Sickness then populate the absence details.

  7. Click Save.

This will generate an SSP record in Payroll when the Payroll Validation task is run.


Review SSP history

  1. Click Employee then in the search field, search for employee.

  2. Beside the relevant employee, click VIEW.

  3. Click SSP History then review the records.

  4. Click Occupation Sick to review any records.
