If you encounter the following errors when retrieving RPNs for a company, and no RPN Exceptions report has been generated:
REP-52251: The output of Job ID [XXXXX] requested on DDD MON YY HH:MI:SS BST YYYY cannot be retrieved.
REP-56093: Cached output for job [XXXXX] is no longer valid.
These issues may stem from intermittent local problems, such as a network outage, or issues with your laptop or browser.
To resolve this, try retrieving the RPNs again or running the report after waiting a brief period.
If the error continues, ask another user to attempt the retrieval.
