If an employee's home address does not appear on a payslip, it's because the system cannot locate or access the employee's current home address data.
To enable the employee's home address on the payslip, follow the steps below in Portal.
Click CorePay then click Employee.
Click Maintain Employee Details then populate the Personnel No.
Press Enter on your keyboard.
Under Payslip Options, ensure the Home option is selected.
Click Save then regenerate the payslips for the pay group.
📌Note: If a payslip prints for an employee when it shouldn’t, check that the Print Payslip indicator is correctly refreshed at the pay group level.
