If an employee's payslip (PAY375H) displays an old address despite the new address details being recorded, this is because the payslip option is set to Work. To resolve this, follow the steps below in back office.
Click CorePay then click Employee.
Click Maintain Employee Details.
In the Personnel No field, enter the employee number.
Under the Payslip Options section, select Home.
Click the save
icon.
Generate a copy of the payslip again.
