If you receive the above error message when you try to load an EMP file through the external HR interface this is because the country code hasn't been set up in the Country Code screen in back office. To do this, follow the steps below in back office.
Click CorePersonnel then click Reference.
Click Reference A - C then click Country Codes.
To add a new country code, click the add
icon.
Fill the following fields:
Country Code
Description
Analysis Code
To save this, click the save
icon.
