System configuration
There is a system configuration problem.
Our support team may need to run scripts on the database to resolve the issue. Please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article. Include the following details:
Employee details
Cost centres and project codes to be assigned.
Incorrect cost centre/project code
Either the cost centre or the project code is incorrect. To resolve this, check if you are using the correct project code and cost centre on the timesheet.
If they are correct and properly mapped in Agresso, compare them with another similar employee's records.
If the other employee's timesheet works, it may indicate that the employee experiencing the issue has an incorrect project code or cost centre on their record.
