If a re-joiner is missing from the Payroll Exceptions report, it’s because they only appear on the report for the payroll period when their status was updated to active.
If an employee is marked as active with a future re-join date, they will appear on the Payroll Exceptions report for the period when their status was updated, not the period of their actual re-join date.
