P60 not visible for leavers

Leavers employed at year end cannot access their P60s.

If leavers employed before or at year end cannot view their P60s online, it's because the leaver menu profile is missing the Widget – Pay – P60 List menu option.

To enable this menu option, follow the steps below in Portal.

  1. From the dashboard menu, select Security Dashboard.

  2. Click Menu Profiles.

  3. In the search field, search for the leaver menu profile e.g COREPORTAL_LEAVER.

  4. Click the three-dot icon then select Manage Menu Options.

  5. To filter the systems, click the filter icon.

  6. From the Filter By System dropdown menu, select CorePortal Pay and Web services.

  7. Click Apply then in the search field, search for the following menu option Widget - Pay - P60 list.

  8. Enable the toggle for the menu option above.
