Access to P60

Steps to grant an employee access to P60 and view it in Portal and mobile app.

To allow an employee to access and view their P60 on the mobile app and Portal to view how much tax they paid in the previous year, you need to check the menu option and Payroll or HR Documents screen.


Menu Option

To enable the menu options to access the P60, follow these steps.

  1. From the dashboard menu, select Security Dashboard.

  2. Click Menu Profiles then in the search field, search for the menu profile assigned to the user granting access e.g COREPORTAL_PAY.

  3. Click the three-dot icon then click Manage Menu Options.

  4. To filter the systems, click the filter icon.

  5. From the Filter By System dropdown menu, select CorePortal Pay.

  6. Click Apply.

  7. In the search field, search for the following menu options:

    • MAIN_MENU.P60

    • WS_REPORTS_MENU.GET_PERSON

    • WS_REPORTS_MENU.GET_PERSON_P60

    • WS_REPORTS_MENU.GET_PERSON_DOWNLOADS_P60

  8. Enable the toggle for the menu options above.


View P60

To view To view the available P60s, follow these steps.

  1. Log in to your account using the native app.

  2. Click the menu icon then click Documents.

  3. Click P60 then click either Payroll or HR Documents.

  4. This displays all the available P60 years available for download.

  5. If no P60 is available, a message will display 'No Documents Available'.

πŸ“ŒNote: To switch on the view P60 for the mobile app, you need to contact your payroll team. The payroll team releases the P60 as part of the year end processing.
