Displaying a PPS (Personal Public Service) number on a payslip involves configuring the payslip template to include this unique identifier for Irish employees.

Apply this to comply with Irish payroll regulations to provide employees with complete payroll information, and ensure proper identification for tax and social welfare purposes.

To display the PPS number on an employee's payslip, you need to enable py_payslip_pps_no parameter. To do this, follow the steps below in Portal.

  1. From the dashboard menu, click Administrator Dashboard.

  2. Click Site Manager then click Admin Settings.

  3. In the Search field, enter the relevant parameter:

    • py_payslip_coname_ind: To display the company name on payslip.

    • py_payslip_company_no: To display the company registration number on payslip.

    • py_payslip_personnel_no: To display the company registration number on payslip.

  4. Click Edit then enter Y.

  5. Click OK.

πŸ“ŒNote: The PPS number will appear on the payslip the next time it is generated. This change does not apply to previously issued payslips.
