If employees are unable to view their payslips in Portal, you need to check that the employees are set up correctly. This should be maintained by the customer/Superuser.
To check the employees are set up correctly, follow the steps below in Back Office.
Click CoreTime then click Pers Data.
Click Person Maintenance.
To select an employee, in the Person field, click the list
icon.
Check there is a Pers Type set here (Active - A, Permanent - P etc)
To exit screen, click the exit
icon.
Click Pers Data then click PIN Maintenance.
Check the correct Portal username is present.
Double click on the record and check the menu group that the employee is on.
If this is not here, enter the correct Portal username and menu group.
