A payslip not showing hours worked and rates is a payroll display issue where essential time and pay rate information is missing from the employee's pay statement.
This occurs because the Print Payslip Rate toggle is disabled. To enable this, follow the steps below in Portal.
Click Settings then under General, click System Configuration.
Click Payslip then turn on the Print Payslip Rate toggle.
To close page, click X then click Save.
