If the error message appears while generating the minimum or living wage exception report, even after the rates and warning wage have been properly configured, it is likely due to incorrect company reference data.
You’ll need to verify the country code entered for the company associated with the report To do this, follow the steps below in portal.
From the dashboard menu, select Payroll Dashboard
Click Settings then under Company Parameters, click Organisations.
From the Code dropdown menu, select the relevant company.
Check that the Country Code dropdown menu has the correct value.
If the field is empty, select the appropriate country code, then click Save.
Once you’ve verified and saved the country code, try generating the report again.
