To set up a minimum wage warning rate in PeopleXD Payroll, you need to add a new row in the Wage Warning Tab. To do this, follow the steps below in Portal.
📌Note: This screen requires only an Age From to input for the selected rate, instead of an age rate band.
From the dashboard menu, select People Management.
Click Data Centre then click HR Admin Setup Settings.
In the search field, search for Wage warning setup.
Click the Minimum Wage tab.
To add a new row, click Add then fill the following fields:
Date Effective: This is the date the rate rule will be effective from.
Age From: The age the rate applies to.
Hourly Rate: The minimum hourly rate for that age.
Country Code: Select the country the rate applies to.
Click Save.
Follow steps 5-6 to add multiple rates as required.
