Salary showing as zero after update

New salary entry not saving correctly and is displaying as 0.

If you enter a new salary line and it isn't saving properly, showing a salary of 0, itโ€™s due to an incorrect point in the salary details. The value should be set to 9999.

To resolve this, follow the steps below in Back Office.

  1. Click CorePay then click add new salary line.

  2. From the Pay Rate Type dropdown menu, select a different value then switch it back to the original selection.

    ๐Ÿ“ŒNote: For example, if itโ€™s currently set to "Personal," change it to "Scale Point," and then revert it back to "Personal."

  3. Complete the other required fields. This process will automatically adjust the point to 9999, allowing the salary to save correctly.

  4. Click the save icon.
