Loading personal pay rates in bulk allows you to efficiently update multiple employee pay rates simultaneously, saving time and reducing the chance for manual errors.
This process is essential for applying new pay agreements, implementing salary adjustments, or onboarding a large group of employees.
To load personal pay rates in bulk, follow the steps below:
Click CorePay then click Pay Rates.
Hover over Advanced Pay Rates then click Load New Employee New Rates of Pay.

⚠️Important: When using the load new rates of pay facility for employees on personal rates, keep the following in mind:
Employees on a personal rate of pay are assigned to scale point '9999'. This point indicates a personal rate, meaning the employee is not placed on a specific point within the scale.
If an employee is on a personal rate, ensure their multiplier is set to 1.
Enter values only in the relevant Hourly, Daily, Weekly, or Annual columns. Avoid populating these columns with 0 values.
To confirm an employee's position code and point, run the report using these steps:
Click CorePay, then click Reports.
Click Employee Reports Selection Criteria then click Employee Rate Listing.
