If you enter a timesheet on the Maintain Timesheets screen in CorePay and encounter the following error: "You are not authorized to use cost center XXXX," along with another message such as "Problem in procedure get effective cost center... 100501: non-ORACLE exception," this is due to the user's access rights.
To resolve this, follow the steps below in Back Office.
Click CoreHR then click CoreHR.
Click User Profile then click the query
icon.Enter the username experiencing the issue then click the green tick
icon.πNote: Check you are entering the username, not the employee number.
Click Access Groups then enable the relevant group.
To save changes, click the save
icon.
