When trying to upload an external timesheet takeon, the following error appears: No valid substantive appointment

If you encounter an error while uploading an external timesheet, it indicates that the system cannot find a contract to process the employee's payment. This issue could arise from:

  • Missing leading zeros in the employee numbers.

  • Inactive appointment IDs

To resolve the issue, carefully review the data in your file and try uploading it again.
