Remove pay code rule via Pay Code Wizard

Steps to remove value rules associated with a pay code using the Pay Code wizard. It addresses the absence of a delete option for rules that do not feature a toggle.

To amend or remove non-toggle value rules using the Pay Code (Classic) screen, follow the steps below in portal.

  1. Click Settings then under Codes, click Pay Codes (Classic).

  2. From the Pay Code drop down menu, select the relevant pay code.

  3. In the field with the rule you want to remove, remove the relevant value from the entry box.

  4. Click Save.
