No position exists in the database. To resolve this, follow the steps below in Portal.
In CorePay, set up the position code.
Set up position references and scale points.
Check that there is no space in the position code.
Process
An incorrect position is recorded in the position history for the employee.
To resolve this, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article. Include the correct position code for the employee.
