Updating an employee's PPS or NI Number ensures accurate identification for tax, social security, and compliance purposes.
It is essential to do this when an employee needs updated information, such as after a legal name change or a government issued correction.

To update an employee's NI/PPS number, follow the steps below in Portal
From the dashboard menu, select People management.
Click Dashboard then beside Employees, click VIEW.
In the Search field, search for the employee, then click VIEW.
Click Key Information then under General, update the PPS/NI number field.
Click SAVE.
