The Absence Manager screen allows you to track occupational absences, such as sick leave or company-approved time off, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with company policies.
To view details of the employee's occupational absences, follow the steps below in Portal.
Click Manage Payroll then highlight the relevant pay group.
Click the Inputs tab then click General.
Click Absence Manager then from the Employee drop-down menu, select the relevant employee.
The screen displays details of the absence dates, payment amount and payment rate
In the Reference column, expand to view further details of absence, such as Rule ID, number of days taken and service range at that point.
