If Occupational Sick Pay (OSP) is not calculated for an employee on leave, and there are no details available for this employee on the Absence Manager Maintenance screen, it indicates that a sickness category code has not been assigned to the employee.

To resolve this, follow the steps below.

  1. Click CorePay then click Maintain Employee Details.

  2. In the Employee field, search for the employee.

  3. From the Select Detail list, select Sundry Profile.

  4. In the Sickness Category Code, enter the required code.

  5. To save changes, click save icon.

  6. Re-run Generate Salaries & Allowances.
