If you encounter the above error message when viewing the observation report, it is because of a data mismatch. You need to check if the latest appointment or the issue appointment has a salary line.
To do this, follow the steps below in portal.
Click Salary History.
Make a salary amendment with the same date effective as the appointment date.
Re-run the jobs.
