If you encounter an error while trying to access an employee's pension scheme record, it is likely due to a missing menu option in the employee menu profile. A recent enhancement to the Pension screen now requires users to have this menu option available.
To resolve the issue, enable the menu option by following the steps below in Portal.
πNote: After enabling the menu option, make sure to log out of PeopleXD and then log back in for the change to take effect.
From the dashboard menu, select Security Dashboard.
Click Menu Profiles.
In the search field, search for the menu profile assigned to the user generating file e.g PAY_MASTER.
Click the three-dot icon then click Manage Menu Options.
To filter the systems, click the filter
icon.
From the Filter By System dropdown menu, select All.
Click Apply.
In the search field, search for the menu option WS_PAYROLL_MENU.GET_EMPLOYEE_PENSION_IRISHPENSIONSCHEME.
Turn on the toggle for the menu option above.
