If you encounter an error while trying to generate a third-party EFT file, it's due to a missing menu option in the employee menu profile.
To resolve this, enable the Get company client menu option. To do this, follow the steps below in Portal.
From the dashboard menu, select Security Dashboard.
Click Menu Profiles.
In the search field, search for the menu profile assigned to the user generating file e.g COREPORTAL_PAY_ADMIN.
Click the three-dot
icon then select Manage Menu Options.
To filter the systems, click the filter
icon.
From the Filter By System dropdown menu, select All.
Click Apply.
In the search field, search for the menu option Get company client.
Turn on the toggle for the menu option above.
