Unable to view employee's appointment in Back Office

No appointment appears after adding a manual timesheet line via PeopleXD Payroll in Back Office.

If no appointment displays when manually adding a timesheet line via PeopleXD Payroll, check that the employee has an active substantive appointment for the date of the timesheet entry.

To check this, make an appointment substantive by following thethe steps below in Back Office.

  1. Click CorePersonnel then click Maintenance.

  2. Click Post Management then click on the Substantive Maintenance option.

  3. In the Personnel No. field, enter the employee number.

  4. Review the substantive lines.

    πŸ“ŒNote: If the post you wish to make substantive is not already there, enter the new appointment details on the next available line with the new substantive date.

  5. Fill the following fields:

    • Substantive Date

    • Appointment ID

    • Job Title

    • Appointment Status

    • Start Date

    • End Date

  6. To save this, click the save image.png icon.
