If no appointment appears when manually adding a timesheet line via PeopleXD Payroll, you need to check the employee has an active substantive appointment for the date of the timesheet entry.
To do this, follow the steps below in Portal.
From the dashboard menu, select People Management.
Click Data Centre then click People Management.
Click Substantive Maintenance.
In the Personnel No. field, enter the employee number.
Review the substantive lines.
Click Add then fill the following fields:
Substantive Date
Appointment ID
Start Date
End Date
Job Title Code.
Job Title Description.
Click Save.
