To update the limits for the payroll exceptions reports, follow the steps below in Portal.
📌Note: We advise all changes be done in UAT before applying changes to the Live system.
Click Settings then under Codes, click Pay Groups.
From the Pay Group Code dropdown, select the relevant pay group.
In the Maximum Hours, Maximum Gross and Maximum Net fields, enter the required new limits.
Click Save.
