If you see the above error message while running the bulk position rate update, it means a line already exists with the same effective date and input date for the position rates being updated.
To resolve this, review the position rates and ensure no existing line has the same effective date. To do this, follow the steps below in Portal.
📌Note: If the current date is used as the input date, you cannot apply a second update until the following day.
Click Pay Rates, then click View Position Rates.
From the Position drop-down menu, select the relevant position code.
In the Date Effective field, enter the date effective applied when the error arose.
Review the returned data.
