If you're unable to view all pay codes on an employee's payslip, it's important to understand how the system displays this information.
The system groups all pay codes because payslips can display a maximum of 12 lines. Therefore, 10 separate overtime entries may appear as a single line.
You can change how pay codes appear on payslips by navigating to the Pay Code Wizard and selecting Payslip Description Override. This helps present the information in a more understandable format for employees.
