Employees may notice differences between the payslip displayed in the app and the version shown in the system. The discrepancy arises from how the miscellaneous pay code is configured to appear on the payslip.
It is currently set to display on line 12, and by design, it automatically extends to cover any additional lines beyond that. While this functions as expected in the system (copy/printed) payslip, the app version handles the layout slightly differently. This alignment issue between platforms is known and is scheduled to be fixed later this quarter.
Workaround
The display can still be adjusted. However, please be aware that renaming the miscellaneous pay code will also affect how all items grouped under that code appear on the payslip.
If you’re okay with the changes, follow the steps below in portal.
Click Settings, then under General, click System Configuration.
Click Payslip.
From the Allowances Miscellaneous Pay Code drop-down list, select the relevant pay code.
Adjust the name to your choice (e.g., move pension to appear at the bottom)
Click Save.
This will improve clarity on the payslip in the app view until the fix is released.
