If a pay code's description appears differently on the payslip, it's because the Payslip Description Override indicator is enabled.
The description you enter in the field below will take precedence over the description specified in the pay code's description field.
To resolve this, follow the steps below in Portal.
Click Settings, then under Codes, click Pay Codes.
Search for the affected pay code then click the three-dot menu.
Click Edit then navigate to the second page, click Rules
In the Payslip Description Override field, enter the new description.
🤓Tip: This action will override the pay code's description on the payslip.
