If the warning message appears while viewing a pay group in portal, it is a reminder for users not to let the Confirm Timesheets process run overnight unless payroll has been finalized.
The purpose of this message is to alert clients to avoid leaving the payroll period open overnight after completing the Confirm Timesheets, as this could result in absences being carried over into the following payroll period.
To resolve this, follow the steps below in Portal.
Click Manage Payroll then highlight the relevant pay group.
Click Process Payroll then beside the relevant payroll, click the three-dot icon.
Click Reverse Timesheets.
