Add Employer NI contribution to payslip

Steps to to display employer National Insurance contributions on the Portal payslip and how to add the Employer NI Paid to Date field.

The employee NI contribution can be shown on the payslip by enabling a small configuration change in the Admin Settings.

This change can only be performed by the system admin or superuser. To enable the employee NI contribution to display in the payslip, follow the steps below in Portal.

  1. From the dashboard menu, click Administrator Dashboard.

  2. Click Site Manager then click Admin Settings.

  3. In the Search field, enter HIDE_ER_NI_CUMULATIVE.

  4. Click Edit then enter Y.

  5. Click OK.
