If you cannot see the employer pension contributions on the app, payslips, or deductions, it may be because certain settings are not enabled.
To do this, follow the steps below in Portal.
Enable indicators
Check the Hide Employer Pension indicator
To check the Employer Pension indicator, follow these steps.
Click Settings, then under General, click System Configuration.
Click Payslip then check the Hide Employer Pension indicator.
πNote: If this indicator is enabled, employer contributions will be hidden.
Enable Additional Parameters
To enable additional parameters, follow these steps.
From the dashboard menu, click Administrator Dashboard.
Click Site Manager then click Admin Settings.
In the Search field, enter the relevant parameter:
CP_SHOW_ER_PEN_IN_DETAIL: This will show the pension details (employer contributions) in the details section rather than deductions.
PAY_EMP_PEN: This will hide the employer's pension contributions from online payslips and the app.
Click Edit then enter Y.
Click OK.
