If an employee has been set up in People Management and has either started working or is rejoining but does not appear in payroll for approval, check the following:
Ensure the employee does not have any outstanding salary approvals.
Verify the employee's start date aligns with the payroll period for the pay group they are being assigned to.
Confirm that the employee's join date falls within the current or previous payroll period; future-dated approvals will not appear in the approvals screen until the relevant period begins.
Check whether the employee's pay group has changed since their rejoining.
