If a rejoiner's salary is not generated, it's due to the employee awaiting approval on the payroll side because the Hold Salary indicator is incorrectly enabled for the employee.
When this indicator is enabled, it prevents the salary from being generated.
To check if the employee is waiting to be rejoined, follow the steps below in portal.
Click Manage Payroll then click Inputs.
Click Approvals then click the Rejoiners tab.
In the Search field, search for the employee.
If the employee appears here, click Join.
Check all details are completed correctly.
If the employee does not appear on this screen, please raise a new case and reference the title of this article. Include the following details:
Employee's name
Payroll number
