If you're processing your year end cleardown and the job is stuck in waiting, this is caused by a locked session blocking the job from processing.

πŸ“ŒNote: If you use Back Office, follow these steps.

To unlock a locked record, follow the steps below in Back Office.

πŸ“ŒNote: CoreSecurity access is required to complete these steps in back office.

  1. Click CoreSecurity then click Tools.

  2. Click User / Session Information.

  3. To view the locked records, double-click the column header Locked Object.

  4. Click the row of the locked object that you want to release or terminate.

  5. Click Kill Session then click Yes.
