Portal: Year end cleardown job stuck

Steps to fix the year end cleardown job stuck as waiting in portal.

If you're processing your year end cleardown and the job is stuck in waiting, this is caused by a locked session blocking the job from processing.

πŸ“ŒNote: If you use Back Office, follow these steps.

To kill the locked session, follow the steps below in Portal.

  1. From the dashboard menu, select Security.

  2. Click Back Office Sessions then click VIEW ALL

  3. Review the column Status then beside the relevant locked sessions, click KILL SESSION.
