If you're processing your year end cleardown and the job is stuck in waiting, this is caused by a locked session blocking the job from processing.
πNote: CoreSecurity access is required to complete these steps in back office.
To unlock a locked record, follow the steps below in back office.
Click CoreSecurity then click Tools.
Click User / Session Information.
To view the locked records, double-click the column header Locked Object.
Click the row of the locked object that you want to release or terminate.
Click Kill Session then click Yes.
