Back Office: Increment due date changed via the Salary Details screen not updating on Employee Profile screen

The Increment due date has been changed but the new date has not been updated. The old date is still visible on the Employee Profile or Maintain Employee Position/Point screens.

If the increment due date has changed but the new date has not been updated, and the old date still appears on the Employee Profile or Maintain Employee Position/Point screens, this issue occurs when the increment due date is updated but the Save Increment Changes option is not clicked.

To resolve this, follow the steps below.

  1. Click CorePay then click Employee.

  2. Click Personnel Profile then query the Employee

  3. Click Pay Profile then click Salary Details.

  4. Enter the required increment date then click Save Increment Changes.

  5. Click Close.
