Copy pay group access
To copy a paygroup access from one employee to another, follow the steps below.
Click Settings then under Codes, click Pay Group Access.
Highlight the relevant employee then click the three-dot icon.
Click Duplicate then in the Username field, enter the employee's username.
From the Pay Group drop-down menu, select the relevant pay group.
From the Location drop-down menu, select relevant input location.
To save changes, click OK.
Grant pay group access
To grant an employee access to a paygroup, follow the Portal or Back Office steps.
