Processing joiners and rejoiners Involves managing the onboarding of new employees and the reintegration of former employees returning to the organization.
This process is essential for ensuring that all necessary employee information is accurately captured and set up in the payroll system, allowing for correct salary calculations, tax deductions, and benefits enrollment.
You need to perform this process upon an employee's hiring or re-employment to maintain compliance with payroll regulations and ensure a smooth transition for the employee.
