If the following error appears on the RTI Exception report for a ShPP employee, this indicates that the breakdown of ShPP paid leave details is incomplete.

To complete the SHPP record for the employee in the Exception report, follow the steps below in Back Office.

  1. Click CorePay then click Input.

  2. Click Statuary Pay then search for the relevant employee number.

  3. Under Partner Details, check that the Forename and NINO fields are completed as this will cause the error message.

After completing the SHPP record for the employee, fully complete the Breakdown of SHPP Paid Leave Details section of the Maintain SHPP Details screen.

To do this, follow the steps in Portal.

  1. Click Employee then in the search field, search for employee shown in error.

  2. Beside the relevant employee, click VIEW then click Maintain Statuary.

  3. Beside the relevant SHPP record, click the three dot icon then click Edit.

  4. Under Partner Details, check that the Forename and NINO fields are completed as this will cause the error message.

  5. Beside the relevant SHPP record, click the three dot icon then click View SHPP details.

  6. Complete the breakdown of SHPP.

Re-generate the RTI file.
