Payslips generated are showing blank for one employee

Reason why blank payslips are generated for an employee.

If an employee tries to generate a payslip and it appears blank, it may be due to one of the following reasons.

We have compiled a list of possible causes for the blank payslip, along with steps to resolve them.


Zero rate of pay

The employee is active but has a zero rate of pay, and the Print Payslip toggle is enabled.

To resolve this, check with HR whether the employee should be active or dormant. If the employee has a secondary status of "S," the Print Payslip toggle is enabled, and there is an actual rate of pay (even if it is $0.01), the employee will receive payment, and a printed payslip will be generated by the system.


Complete Update job

There is an issue with the Complete Update job.

To resolve this issue, our support team needs to check the database. Please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article and include details of the employee affected.
