Printing historic payslips involves generating physical or electronic copies of previous payslips for employees.
This process is necessary when employees request access to their past payment records for various reasons, such as loan applications, tax purposes, or personal record-keeping.
To do this, follow the steps below in portal.
πNote: This will only generate payslips for the latest closed period and cannot be done in bulk for multiple employees or multiple payslips.
Click Employee then in the search field, search for employee.
Beside the relevant employee, click VIEW.
Click Payslip History then search for the relevant record.
Beside the relevant payslip, click the three-dot icon.
Click View Payslip.
